"We never got going. It was pedestrian at times we need to move the ball a bit quicker and obviously we are all very disappointed," he said.
"We need to bounce back at Brighton on Monday. We are all frustrated - players included because we never troubled Hull enough.
"They were well organised and defended excellently when they went down to 10 men but we have got to trouble them more than we did. A lot of passes went astray and it wasn't good enough."
