Plymouth have given a trial to Bermuda international goalkeeper Freddy Hall. Hall was recommended to head coach Paul Mariner by former West Ham, Portsmouth and Trinidad & Tobago goalkeeper Shaka Hislop. Argyle boss Peter Reid told the club's official website: "Shaka Hislop recommended him to Paul, so we've got him over and are having a look at him." Meanwhile, Reid has rubbished speculation linking Japanese international forward Shinji Okazaki and Gillingham forward Simeon Jackson with moves to Home Park.
