JIMMY Floyd Hasselbaink has snubbed a move to Plymouth Argyle and is set to scribble on the dotted line of a Burnley contract.
It is thought that Hasselbaink has opted to go to the Clarets because of their desire for the Premierdhip, and with the cash they have at their disposal this season, I don't think any one will be suprised if Burnley are slugging it out with the likes of Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United any time soon.
Plymouth MAD can also confirm that the Pilgrims have had an offer turned down for Burnley midfielder John Spicer. Pilgrims gaffer Ian Holloway saw his £140,000 bid plus player bid turned down by Steve Cotterill, and is now in the thought process of upping his bid.
