Plymouth Argyle manager Paul Sturrock has a dilemma on his hands regarding the future of goalkeeper Kyle Letheren.
The 21-year-old joined the Home Park-based club three weeks ago primarily to cover Romain Larrieu and Sturrock wants to see him in a match situation before making a decision.
Speaking to the club's official website, Sturrock said: "The problem for Kyle is that we can't get any games.
"He's a nice lad and he's done very well. He's been very professional in his approach, we're pleased with him in training but the proof is in the pudding of games.
"If I gave him a contract and then didn't like what I saw in the two reserve games, it would be very unprofessional of me to finish up with a goalkeeper in no-man's land."
