Notts County v Plymouth Argyle

Plymouth Argyle defender Reda Johnson is a doubt after picking up a knee injury against Charlton last week.

Rory Fallon and Rory Patterson have both returned uninjured from international duty and should feature.

Notts County manager Craig Short told BBC Radio Nottingham: "He (Lee Hughes) has been in the gym on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, so he has worked really hard.

"He has been full pelt on the running machines and the plan was to get him to train, which he has done, and he has come through that OK.

"If there is any doubt we won't go ahead, as we would just make his (hip) problem worse."

Plymouth Argyle manager Peter Reid told BBC Radio Devon:"They've had a couple of defeats but, from all accounts, they've been really unlucky.

"It's going to be a difficult game, but our away form's been excellent, the performances have been good and we've got the results.

"I tend to look to what we do more than what the opposition. I'm going to go out there and try and be positive and try and keep it tight."
