"What the players have done in the last week has been great. But it's early in the season and they have got to do that to do that every week - they know that," the Argyle caretaker boss said after the game.
"Getting the victory today - especially the first victory at home - was great for them because that will have given them a big boost and the fans, too.
"That win moved us above Burnley - so it's something else to build on."
