Synan told BBC Devon: "I'm personally not worried, and at this point in time, we see no reason as to why we can't work our way out of this problem.
"I'll be here in Plymouth as long as it takes to get this issue sorted out."
Synan, who became a director at Plymouth in July 2009, owns a 38% share in Argyle alongside Japanese businessman Yasuaki Kagami.
He continued: "Mr Kagami and I are 100% committed to working together with the board to put together a long-term plan.

"We don't want to get ourselves in another situation like this, so we have to make sure we put a plan together that works."
On Tuesday, Plymouth Argyle announced that both its playing and office staff have not received their salary pay for November.
The club's bank account has been frozen following the winding-up petition from the bank.
Synan also confirmed that former Leeds and Cardiff City chairman Peter Ridsdale was continuing to help Argyle work towards a solution to their financial problems.
Synan said: "He's [Peter Ridsdale] still involved in the negotiations, helping us and adding advice."
