"We're hurting after that defeat because to be honest, I didn't think Leicester did well enough to warrant the three points," he said after the 2-1 defeat.

"Our fans travelled a long way and turned up in their numbers but we let them down with that result.

"We scored a good goal to go 1-0 up and at half-time there was a lot of talk in the dressing room about how we should go about the remainder of the game.

"But it doesn't seem as if anyone was listening because it was the 10 minutes at the start of the second half which cost us."
